Elucidation of the potential antioxidant compound and mechanism of mung bean using network pharmacology and in vitro anti-oxidative activity

Mung bean is rich in bioactive components, but the main compound and pharmacological mechanism reducing oxidative free radical damage are unclear. Network pharmacology 2,2′-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) scavenging activities were employed to uncover antioxidant of potentially active compounds, considering interactions between mung targets damage. These key analyzed by protein–protein (PPIs), genes used find biological pathway therapeutic Gene Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) analyses.
